Rank your department preferences. Your 1st preference decides which interview slots you see.
Share links, not files. Set each link to “Anyone with the link can view” (in Google Drive: Share → General access → Anyone with the link). We check every link before you can submit.
Pick your slot for the first preference. Each interview is 10 minutes. Once you pick a slot it is held for you for 8 minutes while you finish the form.
